We are pleased to announce Christopher Black Sr. as President of DCCI. Chris has held various positions at DCCI since February 2018, including National Sales Manager and Technical Team Leader. Additionally, Hope Black has been appointed Vice President of DCCI. She has been working with the organization since 2022 as Manager of Customer Financial Services. Chris and Hope have years of experience in mobile technology sales, service, and installation. As industry leaders, Chris, Hope and DCCI are excited to continue their established tradition of providing quality service to their clients.

Enhanced billing options
The transition to the new billing platform was completed on October 1st. The new platform offers improved functionality to our clients. All accounts now accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards, and electronic checks. Clients can log in to the Customer Service Portal to access billing information and options. You can also set up automatic payments with any of these options through this self-management portal. We plan to release additional portal features in the coming months to better serve you.
