Clark Hill PLC announced the addition of Brian Adkins to its San Diego real estate practice group.

Adkins, who previously worked at Buchalter, brings a broad skill set that goes beyond traditional real estate disputes. He specializes in assisting clients nationwide with fair housing complaints and government agency matters, with a primary focus on advocacy for multifamily property owners and managers.
“I began my career in fair housing defense and have since expanded my expertise to encompass various aspects of multifamily real estate law. This area remains the cornerstone of my practice,” Adkins said. he said.
Notably, Adkins maintained a parallel career as a National Football League agent for 11 years, negotiating player contracts and managing marketing opportunities. He gave up his license two years ago to concentrate on practicing law.
Robin Henry, director of real estate operations at Clark Hill, commented that Adkins’ experience in fair housing and multifamily development will strengthen the practice.
Outside of his professional activities, Adkins is actively involved in the San Diego community, serving on three nonprofit boards: president of the Poway Youth Basketball League, executive director of HomeAid San Diego, and member of the executive committee of the San Diego Children’s Club.
