True Food Kitchen opened a new concept, True Food Market, in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Monday for carry-out customers.
“True Food Market brings you the best of True Food Kitchen, with an emphasis on real food for real life,” says the best of True Food Kitchen and True Food Market. CEO John Williams said in a statement. “We know it’s not always easy to find healthy meals on the go. We’re committed to making eating real food easy and helping people eat healthy meals every day, no matter how busy they are. We created True Food Market to help you have fun.”
The 2,800 square foot True Food Market also has an outdoor patio.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the menu’s highlight is True Crisped Air Fried Chicken Tenders, which are gluten-free, herb-cured, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free. Appetizing Nashville Hot Torpedo Rolls, Hot Honey Chicken Biscuits, and True Crisp Trays.
Other signature menu items include the BBQ Ranch Torpedo Roll, Sun-Dried Tomato & Pesto Flatbread, and the Customizable Greens & Grains Chopped Salad Bowl (topped with vegetables, grains, or both). toppings). Mediterranean couscous, Thai mango tofu, kale Caesar, and curry chicken.
Matthew Padilla, True Food Kitchen’s senior vice president of culinary operations starting in 2022, said: “The menu is based on True Food’s commitment to high-quality ingredients to create chef-crafted meals that energize your body without sacrificing flavor.・Based on key food standards.
Padilla sought to partner with local vendors whenever possible, including Noble Bread, Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes in flatbread sauce (made by Phoenix chef Chris Bianco), and two specialty teas from Passport Coffee & Tea .
True Food Market is located at 8980 N. 90th St. Suite 124 in Scottsdale. The restaurant is open seven days a week and offers an all-day menu from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Drinks start at $4 and food ranges from $10 to $20.
True Food Kitchen was founded in 2008 and has 45 restaurants in 17 states.
