TORONTO, Oct. 18, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ThreeD Capital Inc. (“ThreeD”) (CSE:IDK / OTCQX:IDKFF) is a Canadian-based venture capital firm that invests in junior resources and disruptive Focuses on opportunistic investments in technology companies. ThreeD disposed of its ownership and control of an aggregate of 10,750,000 common shares (the “Target Shares”) of Birchtree Investments Ltd. (the “Company”) through a series of transactions (the “Disposals”) on October 11, 2024. I will announce what I did. or “birch tree”). The Target Shares represented approximately 12.9% of the Company’s total outstanding common shares. As a result of the disposition, the percentage ownership held by ThreeD has decreased to less than 10% from the last filed early warning report in which ThreeD reported ownership of 15.7% of all outstanding common stock of Birchtree.
Immediately prior to the disposition, ThreeD owned and controlled a total of 10,750,000 shares of Birchtree common stock. This represents approximately 12.9% of our total outstanding common stock on a non-diluted and partially diluted basis.
Immediately after the disposition, ThreeD no longer owned or controlled the securities of Birchtree.
The subject shares were disposed of through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange. Our securities held by ThreeD are managed for investment purposes. ThreeD may increase or decrease its investment in the Company at any time depending on market conditions and other relevant factors, or may continue to maintain its current position.
The Targeted Shares were disposed of for a total of $215,000, or approximately $0.02 per Targeted Share.
