The husband of Suzanne Simpson, the mother of four missing Texas children, sent a series of chilling emails to her business partner days after her disappearance.
According to an arrest affidavit obtained by KENS5, luxury real estate agent Brad Simpson texted his business partner James Valley Cotter on October 8, just two days after his wife went missing. sent.

Cotter was arrested Monday on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon. He was accused of tampering with evidence and being dishonest with law enforcement.

Simpson is charged with federal firearms charges. after it was discovered that he was illegally in possession of a short-barreled rifle. He had previously been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm, family violence and unlawful restraint.
Despite the additional charges, authorities have not charged Mr. Simpson in connection with his wife’s disappearance. Simpson is being held on a combined $1 million bond on the two new charges, bringing his total bail to $3 million.

Suzanne Simpson has been missing for more than two weeks. She went missing Oct. 6 after an argument with her husband of 22 years at Olmos Park in the San Antonio area.
On Sunday night, Oct. 6, there was a “disturbance” between Simpsons at the Argyle club in the San Antonio area, Olmos Park Police Chief Fidel Villegas said at an earlier news conference.

A neighbor told police he saw Brad and Suzanne get into a physical fight that night and then heard screams coming from a nearby wooded area, according to an arrest affidavit.
The neighbor observed that “Ms. Simpson was trying to escape from his grasp as he attempted to pull her down,” the report continued. About an hour later, a neighbor saw Brad Simpson’s black GMC pickup drive away and return an hour or two later.
