A Sodus man has been arrested following an investigation into a September property damage crash in Wayne County.
The crash involving 25-year-old Kenneth Comer happened on Alling Drive in Sodus on September 6th. Upon further investigation, Comer was observed to be impaired at the time of the accident following a field sobriety test. He was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to turn right, failure to maintain lane, and crossing a double solid yellow line.
Comer was released his ticket to Sodus Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
