For some, the summer moving rush has subsided, but for others, fall has arrived and it’s time to move.
Homes in Lawrence County sold for 4.9% more in September than they did a year ago, according to RocketHomes.com. Specifically, Ellwood City real estate sold for a median sale price of $163,900 per RocketHomes.com, 2.3% higher than the price listed last September.
