A Fredonia apartment complex that is part of the downtown business district has a new owner.

During this period, Rom Real Estate Holdings, LLC of Fredonia sold 5 East Main Street, Fredonia for $165,000. The four-story building’s sign reads “Parkview College Lofts.”
There were also two private residents with seven-figure sales during this period. 9 N. Lake Drive, Chautauqua Institution sold for $2,347,500 and 5457 Bly Hill Road, North Harmony sold for $1,295,000.
