A man has been found dead in a property in Clydebank.
Officers said they learned of a man’s death in the Dunswin Avenue area around 11:20 p.m. on Oct. 17.
The 58-year-old’s death is being treated as “unexplained.”

We previously reported that officers in forensic suits were seen in a nearby residential area on Thursday.
Officers are reported to be carrying out “activities” at the York Street property as part of an ongoing investigation.
The activity is understood to be related to the investigation into the death on Dunswin Road.

Multiple officers were photographed on the street at around 12:30pm this afternoon.
Witnesses told the Glasgow Times that about eight police officers were wearing what appeared to be forensic suits.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At approximately 11.20pm on Thursday 17 October 2024, police received reports of a 58-year-old man deceased at a property in the Dunswin Avenue area of Clydebank.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and an extensive investigation continues to determine the full circumstances.”
