Our Selection Criteria: Candidates must be 35 years of age or younger as of November 4, 2024, located in the United States, and stand out from other candidates.
We support roles including but not limited to academics, agents, architects, brokers, builders, designers, developers, founders, investors, nonprofit staff, policy makers, property managers, and urban planners. We are looking for the best talent to work in the real estate industry. .
Final decisions are made by BI’s editorial team.
