A gang of notorious fraudsters has been terrorizing the streets of New York City for at least the past three months, seeking small payouts in a complex insurance fraud scheme while using the same getaway car for the mastermind’s quick getaways. Caused multiple car accidents.
This dangerous stunt uses an old car, brakes on an unsuspecting victim, a tattooed driver swaps seats with a passenger, and other occupants in a crash on the Belt Parkway. While pretending to be injured, he leaves in a second car.
Resurfaced footage shows a chaotic scene on August 24 when a silver Honda traveling westbound on a Brooklyn parkway suddenly slows, merges into the right lane, and slams on the brakes near Exit 15. The scene was captured.

According to a video posted on Instagram, the driver who was cut off failed to apply the brakes in time and collided with the Honda, but there was no damage.
Although the crash was minor and caused little damage, the occupants of the Honda were seen slowly staggering out of the car and suffering pain in their backs and necks.
Since August, dashcam footage has twice captured the fraudster slamming on the brakes of a red Kia SUV arriving at the scene on Belt Parkway.
A red Kia with the same license plate appears to have been involved in another viral accident in October.
Ashpia Natasha was the victim of a similar incident on Oct. 16, when a silver Honda Civic swerved in front of her and slammed on the brakes while she was driving in the left lane of a parkway in Queens.
Thanks to Natasha’s quick reactions, a collision with the Honda was avoided.

The unpredictable operator turned on his hazards before crashing his car into Natasha’s front bumper.
In both cases, the rear windshield was closed to view into the vehicle, and the driver swapped seats with another passenger.
As the other occupants slowly moved to the rear of the car to inspect the “damage,” the man believed to be the driver (who had a tattoo on his leg) fled, and the other occupants exchanged information with the victim. While I was there, I jumped in the SUV.
Natasha’s dashcam captured the moment of the exchange, but she only witnessed it after the incident.

This man is believed to be the ringleader of the criminal group.
“He’s the ringleader. He’s the one who recruited the other idiots to become victims of the scam,” former NYPD detective Tom Burke previously told the Post.
“That’s why he leaves the scene,” he continued. “He’s the main character, the one making the money. The others are just idiots. You can’t make something like this up.”
Victims of the August crash said they questioned the passengers about why they applied the brakes.
“Didn’t you see the car in front of me?” one person responded, according to the Instagram post.

Dashcam video did not show any cars in front of the Honda.
The conspirators responsible for the staged accident will mobilize medical professionals willing to escalate the severity of the “injuries”, while lawyers will sue the victim driver on their behalf.
“I knew he was full of shit. My insurance is looking into it. So is the insurance company,” the victim said. “But that’s just bullshit. And of course they’re represented by lawyers in personal injury matters.”
The Post contacted the New York City Police Department.
The silver Honda vehicle used in the October crash was discovered by a group of Brooklyn vigilantes who destroyed the car themselves.

Vandals wrote “Fraud” on cardboard, taped it to the windshield and shattered the driver’s side window, according to a video posted to Reddit on Wednesday.
They also wrote “rat” on another piece of cardboard and pasted it on the back windshield. This is clear evidence that the Bensonhurst area is wise to their plot.
