Central Valley Team Joins eXp Realty
Prime Real Estate, led by Robert and Angelica Yost, has moved to eXp Realty, strengthening the cloud-based brokerage’s growing network of teams. The team is based in California’s Central Valley in the greater Sacramento area.
“We had reached a plateau in our traditional brokerage business and needed a platform that would give us more room to grow and, in turn, provide more value to our agents,” Robert Yost said in a news release. said. Jost has been linked to the side for the past seven years.

Real surpasses 22,000 agents with addition of Minnesota team
Real Brokerage has passed a new milestone. The Grant Johnson Group is a team of 55 agents based in Minneapolis and St. Paul. With Paul’s addition to the company, Real now has more than 22,000 agents in the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Johnson has worked in the real estate industry for 30 years and established his current team of 12 agents in 2021. Mr Johnson credited the agency for the group’s rapid growth and said joining Real would help them further expand their business. “Real is consistent with our culture,” he said in a news release. “Its collaborative approach is designed to prevent silos and provides the perfect platform to grow.”
“We are excited to welcome Grant and his strong team,” said Real president Sharan Srivatsaa. “With our rapidly growing team focused on building a strong culture, it’s no wonder we’ve surpassed 22,000 agents.”
Johnson’s team attributes more than 70% of their business to online lead generation. Since 2021, the Group has completed more than 1,000 home sales valued at approximately $370 million. The group expects to record 300 home sales in 2021 and complete 450 home sales this year.
Agency expands to Florida
The agency announced this week that it is opening its fourth office in Florida, adding The Agency Orlando, the first global brokerage firm to be based in the interior of the state.
Brian Heiser will lead the office as managing partner. Mr. Heiser has been an agent in Central Florida since 2018 and started his own brokerage firm in 2021. Prior to his career in real estate, he owned a multi-office personal injury firm, which he sold to focus on real estate full-time.
“Orlando is experiencing tremendous growth, with home sales up 10% over the past year, making it one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the United States,” said James, Vice President of Franchise at The Agency. Ramsay said.
“With Brian Heiser at the helm, I am confident that The Agency Orlando will be able to effectively meet the evolving needs of our clients in this growing market,” Ramsey added.
The Orlando office will become the agency’s 27th new location in 2024.
Independent Hudson Valley office affiliated with Coldwell Banker
Coldwell Banker Realty expands its footprint in upstate New York with the opening of its first satellite office in Dutchess County.
Daniel Aubrey Realty, an independent company led by broker and owner Daniel Aubrey, will now operate under the Coldwell Banker brand. Our six agent offices in Beacon, New York, were founded more than 15 years ago and serve renters and buyers in all price ranges.
Aubrey herself boasts over 50 years of industry experience and has a background spanning all aspects of real estate. He has lived in the area for many years and has expertise in both the mid-Hudson Valley and New York City markets.
