We also welcomed two new team members, Andrew Holmes as Southwest Florida Regional Vice President and Scott Beal as Corporate Chef.

Holmes’ extensive hospitality career includes corporate, development and operational experience around the world. He pioneered the Autograph Collection at the Kessler Collection and held leadership positions as a food and beverage executive for Vision Hospitality’s new development and engineering First Hospitality Group. He has assisted clients with executive hospitality development and operations optimization, feasibility assessments, concept development, site selection, brand management, financial forecasting, and business transformation.
Beal began his career as a marine biologist and worked as an underwater welder for Oceaneering and other global companies. His passion for food led him to pivot into the culinary world, joining DuPont as a food and research specialist and earning five U.S. patents for non-stick food technology. After returning home, Beal started a successful catering business, opened two restaurants, and founded a food consulting company. In 2011, he competed on Food Network’s Iron Chef with Firestone Winery, finishing as the first runner-up in the National Culinary Challenge. Since moving to Naples in 2014, Mr. Biel has worked as a national and local corporate chef. At KWPMC, he will lead food and beverage operations across the state and enhance the culinary experience of the facilities.
Earlier this year, KWPMC added Stephen Clark as Executive Director of Food and Beverage. Clark manages operations for a diverse portfolio of communities across Florida, ranging from a 60-unit luxury condominium in Miami Beach to a 1,500-unit resort-style community in Orlando.
“Our approach to F&B includes actively listening to the unique desires of homeowners in each community and tailoring our services accordingly,” Clark said. “We aim to streamline our operations while providing unique services at each facility.”
