Hollywood star Bradley Cooper is the owner of some of the most enviable homes in the country, from a sprawling mansion in California’s Pacific Palisades to a jaw-dropping penthouse in Manhattan.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Cooper had purchased a sprawling 33-acre farm in Pennsylvania for $10.1 million (US$6.5 million).
However, it turns out that the 49-year-old actor likely began his real estate journey in a small, humble space: a small studio apartment in New York City, according to Realtor.com.
The apartment building has recently become a hot topic on social media after a resident shared a tour of the home on TikTok, but a shocking plot twist has since been revealed. It was once home to 12 Oscar nominees.
Influencer Diana Trenkman surprised her followers with a video tour of her former Greenwich Village home, which boasts stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
The home has since been sold, Trenkman said.
While the picture-perfect décor dazzled onlookers, it was undoubtedly the apartment’s star-studded history that caused the biggest buzz.
“Today I will give you a proper tour of this place,” Trenkman begins the video, adding: “Also, as an honorable mention, Bradley Cooper lived in this very room many years ago, so that’s the legend of my fun apartment.
“So, this is my front door. And when you walk in, this is the immediate view of the apartment. Here’s the coat closet, and you can see into the kitchen. I like the concept of an open kitchen. I love it. It just makes the space feel so much bigger.”
The apartment features two beautiful built-in bookshelves and a small bar in the corner. There is enough space for a bed, sofa, dresser, nightstand, and coffee table.

She showed off clever storage shelves high up in the bathroom and a huge vanity with more storage space.

The outdoor space decorated with string lights is her private space. In true New York fashion, you have to crawl out the window to access it.
“I’m so grateful to have been able to live here during this time. I’ve been here for about three years and I’m leaving soon,” Trenkman told her TikTok followers.

“Honestly, I’ve never seen an apartment like this anywhere else in New York. The layout is so unique.”
After stirring up a frenzy of excitement and intrigue with the original video, Trenkman followed up the tour with a Q&A video answering questions about the property and revealing that Cooper isn’t the only A-list former resident of the building. . It’s called Albert.
“It’s a very historic apartment building,” Trenkman said.
“My moms and dads lived here. There’s a plaque in my lobby with a picture of the Mamas and Papas and it says ‘California Dreamin’ was written on Albert’s paper.
“You said Salvador Dali lived here, and Bradley Cooper lived in this very room.”
He added that Cooper had been living in the house since before filming the 2009 hit movie “The Hangover,” and claimed he lived in the apartment with his ex-spouse. Mr. Trenkman did not name the woman in question, but Mr. Cooper has been married only once, to actress and director Jennifer Esposito.
They married in 2006 but separated after less than a year.
“What they did was they actually bought this apartment and the apartment below me, and they were actually going to combine the two apartments to create probably the most luxurious apartment ever,” she said. continued.
“They ended up getting divorced. So the divorce didn’t happen and instead I had the privilege of living here.”
