Financial terms were not disclosed.
Based in Sausalito, California, Revelation manages more than $1.5 billion in committed capital, providing liquidity and growth capital to investors, corporations, limited partners and general partners across the private healthcare market.
Revelation remains employee-owned and managed, and the company continues to be led by co-founders and managing partners Mike Boggs and Scott Halsted.
