Hoover-based real estate agent Jordan Masaade Horsey said Wednesday that she is a new type of real estate office that brings together under one roof all the services people need when buying or selling a home. The Trace Crossing Community held a groundbreaking ceremony for what will be described by
“Traditionally, at this point, you go to a real estate agency and you’re probably greeted by a receptionist and a few agents, and that’s about it,” Maceid-Hosie said.
She plans everything from marketing to moving, financing, home inspections, closing attorneys, title companies, organizers, stagers, closet solutions, photos, videos, fencing, pressure washing, electrical, and more. We have a group of 60 cooperation partners. Windows, blinds, trim, security services, foundation repair, landscaping, home improvement, short-term housing, corporate housing, rental options, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
“It doesn’t matter what you say, we have people in our company who would be a good fit for you,” she said. “We intend to be a one-stop-shop for all things real estate, and we are committed to building outside the box and bringing something creative and different to the market because Birmingham needs it.” I feel like real estate here is very stagnant in terms of how people approach it and it’s time to change things up a little bit and create value for customers. ” plans Masaade Hosie, Qualified Broker and CEO of HBH Realty. She said the move is to lease space in a 5,000-square-foot building Signature Homes is building in the commercial portion of the new Knox Square community across from Hoover Metropolitan Stadium.
HBH Realty, currently located at The Office at 3000 Riverchase Office Tower next to Riverchase Galleria, is eager to move into this new office, according to Masaade Horsey. , which will be housed in one of two separate commercial buildings in Knox Square.
“We plan to pour the foundation within two weeks,” she said. The target date for completion and occupancy is early spring 2025.
According to Masaade Horsey, 32 of the 60 planned cooperation partners have already been decided, including Regions, Avadian, Motivational Movers, Space Cadets, Anchor Title & Closing, and Maven Marketing. Of the 60 companies planned, 20 will have employees located in HBH Realty offices. The rest will be drop-ins who will be there as needed, she said. There will be a cafe in the office where supplementary providers can meet with customers.
She has purchased enough chairs to house 56 people, five of whom will be HBH Realty employees, she said.
“Most brokerages are very agent-centric,” says Maseid-Khoji. But today, “most people don’t see the value in agents,” she says. “You can find pretty much anything you need on Zillow or realtor.com.”
But there are many other factors in buying and selling a home that can cause stress for people, and she said she wanted to alleviate that stress by providing easy access to solutions. She said she was interested in starting a store like this because customers often had to find these service providers to clean up unexpected messes. She wants to work with trusted service providers to provide these solutions for people on the front end, she said.
“Just let us get everyone together,” Massaade-Hosey said. “I know who they are. They’re vetted. They’re mature. They’re licensed. They’re very passionate about the consumer experience. As a customer , there’s no need to stress about it.
Closing attorney Nathan Cordle of Anchor Title & Closing is one of those planning to move into HBH Realty’s offices. He said he had never seen anything like this in the industry.
“She created it, and it’s a great innovation,” Caudle said.
Heather Reeves, who works with Caudle, said she met Masaide Horsey about five years ago and immediately knew he had something special in her. “She was completely different than anyone else,” Reeves said. “She comes up with out-of-the-box solutions to problems.”
They said they look forward to moving from their current offices in Homewood to a new location in Hoover as part of their new joint venture.
