RICHMOND, VA – Governor Glenn Youngkin and First Lady Suzanne S. They aim to provide critical assistance to those affected by the storm’s devastation by donating to the Virginia Cattlemen’s Foundation and the 2024 SWVA Regional Disaster Relief Fund.
