Former Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr’s Southern Highlands home sold for the highest price in the Valley in September, selling for $8.55 million, just below its list price of $8.99 million.
Clark County real estate records show the buyer is listed as a trust, with Ronald Brown of Lexington, Kentucky, as trustee. Brown is a wealth management advisor to professional athletes.
Kerr, who left the Raiders a year ago to play for the New Orleans Saints, put his home in The Estates in the Southern Highlands on the market in August. Featured by Real Estate Millions in 2019.

Forrest Barbee, a corporate broker at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, said there were 135 sales of $1 million or more in multiple listings in September, exceeding the previous record of 129 in 2021.
Jensen said there were 444 home sales over $1 million in the third quarter, an increase of 12.8% from 391 sales in the third quarter of 2023. He said the number of sales also broke the previous record of 412 in 2021.
