The Currituck Dare Women’s Fund, a giving circle of the North Carolina Community Foundation, has awarded $6,000 grants to organizations that support local communities.
The Advisory Committee acknowledged that:
$500 to Food for Thought for meals for hungry children and more $1,500 to Interfaith Community Outreach, Inc. for SoundMind $2,000 to Lower Currituck Food Pantry for Little Red Wagon $500 to Outer Banks Dementia Friendly Coalition for general operational support $1,500 to The Beloved Haven for general operational support General operational support
The Currituck-Dare Women’s Fund is a giving circle of the North Carolina Community Foundation, led by local volunteer co-chairs Di Small and Jinger Webster. Each year, the Currituck-Dare Women’s Fund uses dollars from donations to make grants to nonprofit organizations that support the community.
