Jones Day announced that Conrad Steele has joined the firm as a partner in its real estate practice. Mr. Steele worked as an associate at Jones Day from 2015 to 2019 and is based in Jones Day’s Dallas office.
Mr. Steele has experience negotiating a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, construction and stabilized asset financings, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. He has served as lead negotiator and originator of all aspects of complex real estate transactions and has worked on large acquisitions of distressed hospitality loan portfolios, single-family residential portfolios, self-storage portfolios, and life science real estate. Mr. Steele has represented clients in over $2 billion in real estate financings in the office, multifamily, industrial, and self-storage sectors.
