The Cobb School Foundation (CSF) is proud to announce the successful completion of its $25,000 Matching Gift Challenge, which raised nearly $100,000 to support families in crisis in our community. I think so. Thanks to the generosity of individual donors, local businesses, and organizations, the Foundation exceeded its initial goal by raising $63,000, which was then matched by Superior Plumbing Presents North Georgia State Fair, bringing the total amount to the Family Stability Fund to It came to $88,000.
The Family Stability Fund provides critical support to families facing unexpected challenges and helps ensure that all students in the Cobb County School District thrive. These funds will be used to directly provide emergency resources such as food, housing assistance, and other necessary assistance to families in need.
This accomplishment would not have been possible without the incredible support from our matching gift partner, Superior Plumbing Presents North Georgia State Fair, as well as contributions from other key supporters, including:
C & S Paving LGE Community Outreach Foundation Papa John’s Foundation’s 2024 Building Community Fund Grant Keylan and Erika Mitchell North Cobb Rotary John Thombley and many other generous donors

Our social workers are dedicated to maximizing the impact of these gifts and work extremely well with many other local agencies, and we are equally grateful.”
