Members of the Steinhaus family own the property. Southern Pipe & Supply, an industrial plumbing equipment company, operates out of a building at 24 Andrew T. Whitmore St., located on the property for sale. In 2019, Southern Pipe & Supply Co. acquired Steinhaus, a mechanical equipment and industrial plumbing equipment company.
