COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Heritage Foundation announced that online applications are now available for scholarships to be awarded in 2025. The deadline to complete your application is January 30, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
A list of scholarships, eligibility requirements and a link to the new application website can be found at heritagefundbc.org/Scholarships.
Applicants must create an account from the new site to access their application. A new feature of the system is eligibility matching, which automatically applies to scholarships for which students are eligible.
Applicants will receive confirmation of their scholarship and any additional information required. It is important that applicants carefully review and correctly answer all questions and eligibility statements, as well as those included in the post-submission confirmation email.
The Heritage Fund has awarded more than $1 million in educational scholarships to area students in 2024.
Scholarship opportunities available in 2025 include:
Columbus Evening Kiwanis Club Scholarship – Available to Bartholomew County graduates with financial need and demonstrated high academic ability Patrick Bowman Memorial Music Fund – Guitarist and songwriter of traditional country music in the Patrick style , for Country Music Performers 2025 Anna Newell Brown Award and Betty F. Brown Award – A competition for vocal and instrumental excellence for Bartholomew County high school students.
