Mr. Lecanda’s impressive career spans 29 years in the luxury sector, 19 of which have been dedicated to Marriott International in the Americas and Europe. Throughout his career, he held executive positions with the JW, Westin, and Marriott brands in Mexico and Ecuador, and was general manager of Cancun, Budapest, and the Ritz-Carlton in Tenerife, Spain, one of Europe’s largest resorts.
