Beyond sales: Casa Luxe’s new ventures include The Cosmopolitan and second office location

Casa Luxe real estate has soared in recent years. Founded in June 2022, the company currently boasts a team of 14 agents and has facilitated multi-million dollar real estate sales.

The company’s first office in Plaza Ribera Molino in the Romantic Zone serves as a hub for real estate enthusiasts and investors, and it will soon open a second office in EVA, which will open on Calle Basilio Badillo. Once the office opens, the company plans to begin providing real estate management and private lodging services.

“We have experienced tremendous growth over the last few years,” Guell told Out & About PV Magazine. “And there are many more exciting things on the horizon. One of the things we are most excited about is that we are representing Cosmopolitan Boutique Residences, a fantastic development on Via Basilio Badillo.”
Cosmopolitan Boutique Residences is currently in pre-sale development and will be built at 314 Basilio Badillo Street in Zona Romantica, not far from Act2PV.
“Casa Lux Real Estate represents this new boutique development in the Romantic Zone, steps from the famous Los Muertos Beach,” he said. “The Cosmopolitan is surrounded by some of PV’s favorite restaurants, nightlife and shops. We are thrilled to be a part of this new development.”

PV Luxury Capital and Vavi are developing the project, and Gustavo Contreras has been appointed Sales Director.

Guell added that The Cosmopolitan will have a rooftop deck and garden with a fully equipped gym, sky bar, infinity pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit area, barbecue area, lounge area and lobby. There are also some lock-off two-story units. With the start of presale, two-bedroom, two-bathroom units are available at discounted prices starting at just under $399,000. Two-story units sell for just over $900,000.
Casa Luxe adds second office in EVA
EVA’s new office is scheduled to open in spring 2025 and will offer in-house property management and vacation rentals to EVA owners and vacationers. The same office will provide these services to the new owners of The Cosmopolitan, just off Calle Basilio Badillo.
“We are very excited to be able to offer these new services and to be on site to make them a reality,” Guell said.

Current real estate outlook
And what is the current real estate market like? It’s a good time for buyers.
“Now is the best time to buy as there is more inventory this year than in past years and it is easy to find suitable investment opportunities in this trendy tropical paradise,” he explained. “Puerto Vallarta is currently rated as the destination with the highest return on investment (ROI) for vacation rentals in Latin America, according to research from Numbeo’s global cost of living database.”
For sellers, it’s also a great time to sell, especially as the 2025 winter season approaches.
“We anticipate a significant number of buyers looking to invest in their dream home or vacation rental,” he added. “Whether you are buying or selling, you need to hire the most professional real estate agent.”
Mr. Guel would definitely consider having Casa Luxe Real Estate represent the buyer or seller, but if he chooses someone else, he must be certified by AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobileliarios). It says just make sure you have received it.
AMPI publishes ethical and fiduciary standards that members must maintain. These standards provide some assurance that the often complex real estate transaction process is less likely to fail due to a lack of due diligence on the part of real estate professionals.
