Uneeda Enterprises, a company that sells cleaning supplies, office supplies and building maintenance products, has leased a 29,700-square-foot industrial building on a 1.75-acre site at 50 Gordon Drive in Syosset. The building has approximately 6,000 square feet of office space. Founded in 1964 as a small storefront supplies store, Uneeda Enterprises has grown to become one of the largest cleaning products companies in the New York metropolitan area. The company is relocating from Garden City. Phil Shwom of Schacker Realty represented the tenant and landlord Gordon Drive Corp. in the lease transaction.
217 Main St., Farmingdale
Rejtrade Capital LLC, an affiliate of the Long Island-based commercial real estate investor, purchased a two-story, 2,783-square-foot building on 0.08 acres at 217 Main Street in Farmingdale for $950,000 . The building includes four studio apartments above 1,500 square feet of commercial space, which was last occupied by The Republic Tavern, which closed in January 2024. The new tenant will be Long Island bar and restaurant veteran Ross Finn. LI McGrath’s opens in the first floor space. LI McGrath, McGrath’s sister pub in Galway, Ireland, is scheduled to open by the end of this month. Guy Canzoneri and Christian Standerwick of Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Services represented the buyer and seller, Main 217 Street LLC, in the transaction. The broker also represented tenant RR Massapequapark Inc. and the property’s new owner in a 10-year lease transaction.
