The AG has filed a lawsuit against Jason Fulmer of Central PA Spine Health Chiropractic LLC with the PA Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act and the PA Fair Credit Extension Uniform Act following a lawsuit by patients who claim they were misled. announced that it is suspected of violating the About their insurance.
The lawsuit arose after patients were allegedly told that Fulmar’s chiropractic services were covered by their insurance. Rather, these patients claim they received calls and bills from agencies that “threatened” them to collect the debt if they didn’t pay.
The lawsuit continues, alleging that after Mr. Fulmer told patients that their treatment would be covered, Mr. Fulmer continued to collect payments from patients while “failing” to file claims or filing claims with insurance companies.
