Mr. Mandel maintains a diverse and robust practice, regularly representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and developers. His legal practice spans a variety of complex commercial transactions, ensuring that his clients receive comprehensive and personalized legal advice. Mr. Mandel’s deep knowledge spans a variety of real estate asset classes, including multifamily housing, hotels, self-storage facilities, communications/colocation facilities, and mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining RCCB, Mr. Mandel was a partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, where he played a key role in building the real estate practice for operations on the East Coast. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years at the boutique firm Kurtz & Partners.
