Shane P. Roche
Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that Shain P. Roche has joined the firm as an employee in the Real Estate Group. Shane focuses his practice on commercial leasing and real estate transactions, advising landlords and tenants throughout the lifecycle of lease transactions. He has extensive experience representing buyers, lenders, and sellers throughout all stages of real estate acquisition, disposition, and asset financing. Shain enjoys working with clients to develop practical solutions tailored to their unique real estate needs.
Shane received his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of High Technology Law and was recognized as a Trustee and Law Dean’s Scholar. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
