As well as the goal against Como, Romelu Lukaku, Scott McTominay and David Neres have all had an excellent start to the season at Napoli, suggesting the club’s €90m investment has paid off.
Napoli have 16 points from their opening seven games in Serie A this season and will spend the October break at the top of the table.

Lukaku, McTominay and David Neres, the three new players who joined the club for a total of €90 million last summer, found the back of the net against Como on Friday and have been impressive performances for the Partenopei this season. .
Lukaku has played 363 minutes in six games in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing five assists. The Belgian moved from Chelsea to the Stadio Maradona in a deal worth 30 million euros.
Neres, who traded Partenopei for Benfica for 28 million euros and 2 million euro add-ons, scored two goals and provided four assists in 139 minutes (seven appearances).
McTominay appeared in five games, playing 299 minutes, and had two goals and one assist. The Scotland international joined Napoli from Manchester United last summer for €30.5 million.
