“It’s tucked away in a valley with rolling hills,” Ganguza said. “I can’t see my house or my neighbors.”
The home is approximately 10 minutes from the Sussex Borough, which has restaurants and shopping. Newtown restaurants, dining, and entertainment are approximately 15 minutes away. Approximately 6 miles from Route 23.
As of August, the median sales price for homes in Wantage was $435,000, according to the latest data available from New Jersey Realtors.
