SHELDON, Iowa – Donations to the 2024 Sheldon United Fund Drive are now open.
This drive will continue until the end of the year. This year’s goal is 300,000 yen.
The fundraiser is currently 10% complete. Funding has reached $2,660, about 9% of the goal. More than $27,340 has yet to be raised. To reach your goal, you’ll need to drive an average of about $2,990 per week throughout the year. Last week, donors gave $2,660.
This year, pledge cards and donations to any or all organizations served by Sheldon United Funds can be made to any of the following four organizations: Citizens State Bank, Iowa State Bank, Security National Bank, or People’s Bank. It may be withdrawn at different locations. You can also receive information about the group at various locations. Donations may also be mailed to PO Box 41, Sheldon, Iowa 51201.
The United Fund will support 22 different organizations in Sheldon and the surrounding area this year, and board members would like to thank businesses and individuals in Sheldon and the surrounding area for their continued support.
