Clear Group, an independent insurance broker based in London, has announced that it has acquired Vision Insurance Services Ltd, based in Bagshot, Surrey, UK.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company continues to invest in regional brokers of all sizes and this latest acquisition strengthens Clear’s presence in the South East of England.
Established in 2010, Vision Insurance Services Ltd. is a highly reputable broker servicing customers across the South East of England. The business manages GWP of £10 million and provides insurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders and small businesses to large corporations. Vision has also completed a number of intermediary acquisitions since its inception, supporting its growth and strengthening its customer proposition.
Vision founders David and Claire McKinnon have joined Clear Group with a team of 17 employees and will play a pivotal role in continuing to drive Clear’s growth across the region. It will be.
