Verisk, a global leader in data analytics and technology, announced that President and CEO Lee Chabel has been appointed to the Federal Insurance Advisory Committee (FACI).
According to InsurTech Insights, Shavel, who has led Verisk’s customer-centric strategy, will play a pivotal role in shaping industry policy in his new role at FACI.
His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Verisk’s partnerships with major players in the insurance industry. Shavel is also driving Verisk’s investments in AI and other emerging technologies, positioning the company at the forefront of the insurance ecosystem.
In addition to his responsibilities as CEO of Verisk, Shavel is also recognized as a thought leader in the insurance industry. He is a regular contributor to Insurance Journals, sharing insights on emerging risks facing the industry. His appointment to FACI further strengthens Verisk’s influence in the insurance sector.
