Clark County real estate transactions recorded between October 4 and 17, 2024, were worth more than $100,000. Information is collected from public records maintained by the Clark County Circuit Court Clerk, online real estate records through actdatascout.com, and the Arkansas Secretary of State. Arkadelphian includes names of assignees, grantors, transaction prices, and descriptions of available properties, without names being withheld. Real estate prices take into account a variety of factors, including improvements to the home and property, and can be higher than when the seller purchased the property.
Underscoring weeks of sluggish real estate transactions, a 2,296-square-foot brick home in the 2600 block of Bateman Road in Okolona sold for $240,000. Donald and Debbie Smith sold the house and 10 acres to JD and Kayla Hammons.
Logan and Regina Garner purchased a 1,718-square-foot brick home in the 2400 block of Walnut Street in Arkadelphia from Charles and Vanessa Tillery for $175,000.
A 1,764-square-foot brick home in the 200 block of North 25th Street in Arkadelphia sold to Wyatt and Carly Borden for $170,000. Previous owners were Dorothy and Benny Williams.
Curt Collins purchased 30.16 acres of mixed timber and pasture land from Diana Herring and others. A property on Richwoods Road (Gum Springs) sold for $130,000.
