It can be difficult to feel satisfied with your life when you’re facing challenges, but it’s not impossible.
René Mõttus, editor of the European Journal of Personality, found that whether a person is generally satisfied has more to do with their personality than their experiences.
People who have higher salaries, better social adaptability, and satisfactory health are “more likely to do well in life than those who earn less, lack strong relationships, or are in poor health.” Slightly higher levels of satisfaction,” Motus said in an article for Psychology Today.
